Subject: I don't want Poser Promo emails

I keep getting emails with the Heading "Poser Pulse" and I can't seem to be able to opt-out of them. If I click on the Opt-Out link at the bottom of the email it takes me to the Subscriptions page but there is no option for Poser Pulse emails. I am already unsubscribed from the main Poser Newsletter but that does not include these Poser Pulse promotions which are of no interest to me nor will they ever be.

I buy regularly from Renderosity to add to my collection of DAZ Studio content but, having bought and tried Poser in the past, I am highly unlikely to go that way again. If Renderosity insist on pushing their unwanted product at me, I will cancel any other information emails from them and boycott the store.

Have you tried the unsubscribe link at the bottom of the email?

Thanks. Hard to believe that they are not aware of their own promotion options but a reminder can't hurt.

When you say you made a change - was that to the unsubscribe options page or to my account specifically?

I am unsure. Are you still receiving the Poser Newsletter?

I don't know until the next one is due (and I don't know when that is).

Why not just put an Unsubscribe Poser Pulse switch on the Newsletter Subscription page?
