I am a little confused as to where on the renderosity site I can find help with my copy of Poser 11.. Long story folks.. I purchased my copy of poser 11 back when Smith Micro owned poser... Poser 11 was an upgrade from my copy of Poser 10... I have always purchased the DVD that is until I got Poser 11. It was a download... Anyways I finally purchased a new computer with windows 10 on it... Old computer was windows 7...Thats where Poser 11 is.. I transferred all the old hard drives to the new machine.. Poser 11 is now on drive F...When I try to boot poser it comes up with the registration page ... I put in all the licence keys for Poser 11 and poser 10 plus my old adress info as I have moved since I downloaded poser 11... When I hit enter it says Error detected Serial number and or previous serial number invalid .. So my Info should be here shouldnt it... ?? Smith Micro must have transferred all info to Renderosity right ??

You need to download the latest update for Poser 11. Smith Micro only sold Poser. They didn't include their license platform. Poser 11.3 uses a different license server. But, the license key you have will work for the new version.

https://www.posersoftware.com/downloads/11

You will need your license key to access the downloads page.

Also if you have Smith Micro's Download Manager you can uninstall that. I won't function of Poser any more.

Says invalid ...Are my license keys Zeros or the number O ...Both ?? Maybe Im entering them incorrectly

Zeros. The letter O will not be used as part of the license key. If necessary, include the previous Serial number for P10. If none of the combinations work, you may need to contact the Administrators to sort out the issues.
