Subject: tech help: surfaces of prop

I am used to editing prop surfaces. Usually there is an image file. Change the image file in photoshop, re apply, boom. Done.

However I am running in to problems with a particular prop object. This is where I got it from: https://www.deviantart.com/mdbruffy/art/TMP-Era-Shuttlecraft-392410293 I would like to be able to alter the numbering and lettering graphics on the shuttle exterior. However none of the texture files in the texture folder seems to contain the lettering of the ship name, shuttle number, etc. Nor is the map accessible through "surfaces" in Daz. Where are these graphics hidden and how do I modify them?

Online Now!

Upon examining the texture files, the psd file has all the layers necessary to make the changes. Some of the layers containing the information you are interested in are turned off, you need to turn them back on again to see where they are placed on the model.

Bingo! Worked perfectly. I was having a hard time figuring out how the graphics were going to transfer and wind up in the right place. I guess the original creator had that all figured out because I just had to import it as the base color surface texture for the whole object.
