Like a few people, I have reached the download limit on several items in my account and can't re-purchase them in the store. Can you reset the download counters for all of my items (I don't have a listing of the affected purchases) or those where necessary whichever is easier.

My understanding is that you can have the admin reset your downloads. You need to address your need directly to them.

I have reset your downloads for you so you should be able to download any of your purchases now. 😄
