I've done 70 fully clothed people in poser, and I didn't stick with old low poly figures. I think I used pretty much every figure from poser 7 on up daz figures too. On disk, it was 9.36 gig. I don't know how to check how much memory it used. It was a pain. It took about an hour to load or save. Needless to say, I didn't close it often. And I had to hide everything I wasn't working on or use bounding box display. This tutorial might give you a few tips to help.
You can also try combining your figures with the clothing and/or reducing the polygons. I recommend saving the scene first. I haven't always had good luck with those

Hi, using Poser 11 Pro. I'm doing a high school homecoming/halloween dance scene. IT'S HUGE! So far I have a basketball court, 3 skeletons, tons of halloween props, tables 6 fully dressed models, with 3 more minimum to be added.
Am I going to hit a size limit? I'm already having to put the scene in wireframe mode to move around in closer to real time. I'm also using the MOM system for crowds, 2 instances of it to add what looks like costumed characters to the scene. It still renders okay in FF. I just don't want to get to the last character and have it not load it do to memory constraints. Should I be worried?
