Subject: How do I get a refund on P12 update cost?

I already paid the $130 for update, and tried out P12. It won't run most existing Python scripts, and I'd have to do about three months of fulltime work to modify all my scripts so they'll run. This is a USELESS PROGRAM. I want my money back, unless you can guarantee that you'll fix the problem.

This was marketed as an "Early Access" release. That is because some of the features are still being developed. One of those areas is python scripting and updating those scripts. I of course do not know ALL the scripts you use and are wanting to work in P12..but that area is being worked on. Updates and fixes will be released on a regular basis.

If you have a list of scripts that you are interested in knowing if they will be addressed, you can send that to me at jennblake@renderosity.com

There wouldn't be a point in telling you about my scripts because they're mine, not commercial. I use them constantly in both paid work and fun.

The main point is that you've broken just about ALL scripts by switching Python versions. Many of the vendors or authors have either moved away from Poser or died, so they can't revise even if they wanted to.

You should either make the version optional or go back to the previous.

if you would like a refund I can do that for you now. Is that what you would like to do? 😄

So none of the old python scripts are going to work at all in P12?
