The materials aren't included, so I was wondering if anyone could help me figure out where I can get those materials? Namely the leotard and leg warmers/armbands?

Try contacting the vendor and inquire about the additional content used for the promo.

I just checked and I have full access to contact the vendor. Make sure you are logged into your account, go to the webpage of the content, click on the home icon next to the vendor's name, and on the subsequent page click the contact button that is highlighted in orange.
