I put two items from the Monsters Saving Monday $3.99 group of items into my cart, but what's showing is the full price for these items. What gives?

The $3.99 pricing on those items is a prime member price only. I do not see the prime role on your account. Your price would be the 40% off for all members. If you do not see that 40% off price reflected in your cart, please try removing it and adding it back. .

Ohhhh, OK. One of the items isn't Prime, so I'll check to see if it's 40% off. Thanks for getting back to me Jenn.

Just to let you know, NOW when I went back to my cart, the items are showing at 40% off. When I first placed them in the cart, they were showing at full price, so I'm glad that got straightened out.

If something is already 30% off. Does it change to 40% off for this flash sale? I have added it to my cart but it remains at 30% off price. I have removed it and added again. Same result.

It's too late. Due to time zones, I need to go to bed. By the time I finish work tomorrow this sale will have ended. I wont be buying this product or any other unless what is advertised is what is provided. I my country false advertising attracts very large financial penalties. I read and re-read the web page advising of this sale an there was no mention of exclusions.

the $3.99 items are the ones in the department for the sale. It is a select group of products. If you see one in the department that is not priced correctly please let me know.

As I previously said, it is now too late. The email stated "Today only! Everything is in the marketplace is $3.99" The web site backed this up with the additional information the $3.99 was a Prime member price and all Renderosity members would get 40% off. It didn't say on "selected items" or a particular "deparment" it stated marketplace. My understading of Renerosity market place is any item for sale. Thank you for the reply.
