In Memory of Ken Hebert [lookit]

Jul 26, 2009 at 12:00 am by Store Staff

File2817.jpgIt is with great sadness that we hear that on Wednesday July 1, 2009, Kenneth Hebert [Renderosity member lookit], passed away (link...). Please join us in sending our sincere condolences to his family and friends.

From Ken's good friend, Barry [Renderosity member Ziggy_7]:

"Ken and I first met soon after I had setup an email account for the public to send in photographs to me that I would run on television from the TV station where I work. I also used to play in a blues band that he would always come out to see when we played at certain venues.

His enthusiasm for photographs and people was an inspiration, and we even did a couple of photoshoots together of the same action but from different angles, such as the Polar Dip for Diabetes. I introduced him to Renderosity, and shortly after he became a member. He loved the concept of the site and the way it is run, as do I. He regretted not being as active as he would have liked to have been within Renderosity, but his health condition didn't always allow him the time to spend on things he had a deep passion for."
