It's pair of fairy wings.They conform to Aiko3 but you may parent them to any other figure's chest.I test them on V3 and they conformed fine without any need of modification.If you wish to conform them to some other figure with different body structure, please use the chest body part of the wings to move and scale them until they fit. Have fun!
