While reading the forum tonight I realized that I have absolutely no clue what people in here really look like. It would be nice to put a face on most of the names so why not post a pic of yourself? I'll go first :)

Yeah, well, I'm, a recent (partial) immigrant to Cinema 4D, after many happy years with e-onsofware's delightful Vue D'Esprit, Vue 5 Infinite, and Vue 6 xStream. Still a struggling noob to C4D, however, and I hope I always will be - much of the fun being in the learning.

My wife, best friend, lover, and soulmate - all wrapped into one, and I live in a small town near Redding, California, at the wild and forested far northern tip of the Sacramento Valley, crouching at the feet of the twin Gods, Mt. Shasta and Mt Lassen - far, far from the California most people know and hate.

BTW, I was wearing pants when the attached photo was taken, nudity being frowned upon at the Hat Creek Campground, even in California. I just wanted to look, um...scary, with a bit of help from Photoshop.
