The sub level garage accessed by a curving drive leads to a many roomed lower floor separated by a high hallway with spiral staircase that leads to the main living area with its large floor to ceiling French windows that open and close to give you a unobstructed view across you deck to the sea beyond and across its glass and steel bridge the Master Bedroom and bathroom once again sporting French windows that allow you to wake up to the sunrise and maybe later breakfast on the deck.

The Beach House, is a spacious display of modern elegance. It sports an open floor plan, complete with kitchen, modern artwork, balcony, sliders, fireplace, plenty of windows and a glass floor walkway leading down to the large second level. The large open rooms leave plenty of room for scenes and posing. The bedroom sliders open to a large deck. Blinds also open and close. In the bathroom, the etched doors of the shower and the toilet seat open and close. All doors and window blinds open and close independently. This package comes with two ocean backgrounds. One of an evening sky and one of a stormy overcast day. There are 13 mix or match camera and lights included. Scenes and lighting used in this ad are included in this package, unless noted. The model comes in sections. All walls and roof sections can be removed for lighting, rendering and model placement.
